World-renowned experts have been invited to prepare white papers on the two topics above. 

• For each topic, scientists internationally recognized as experts in the field will provide reaction to the white paper and additional thoughts on the topic.   
• The white paper and responses for each topic will be posted via this web site so that individuals may comment on the topics via an online forum.
• The on-line forum will be open from October 1, 2002 to April 30, 2003.
• Following the on-line forum, an evaluator will prepare an analysis of the discussion and post it on the respective web sites. 
• Additionally there will be an open forum at the World Congress at which the topic will be discussed following a brief presentation of the results by the evaluator.
• You are encouraged to participate with the on-line and open forums.
