Seafood Alliance HACCP Training Course

WHERE:           Southern California Gas Company Energy Center, 9240 E. Firestone Blvd., Downey, CA

WHEN:             8:00 am to 5:00 PM , on the three days.

COST:              There will be a $150 fee to cover the HACCP Manual, Seafood Hazards Guide and other
                         materials, certification by the Association of Food and Drug Officials (recognized  by  FDA),
                         and refreshments. Parking is free behind the building.  Lunch is on your own.

HURRY:           We need your registration and money by June 14 on a first come first serve basis. We will have a 40 person limit for this training class.
