A HACCP Segment 2 course will be offered December 15, 2011 in Seattle.  Visit the Seafood Products Association web site  http://www.spa-food.org for details.

The US Department of Commerce Seafood Inspection Program also offers seafood HACCP training in California.  The USDC/SIP HACCP course covers both safety and quality in the HACCP plan.  The USDC/SIP training schedule is at: http://seafood.nmfs.noaa.gov/training.htm
